utilize built in js stuff. Technically we use the wrong order but since dd-mm-yyyy is superior to mm-dd-yyyy I say fuck it

- various formatting changes
- info card displays vipps information
- sanity integration for contact information, can append events later
- time is displayed in human-readable format to avoid confusion (e.g., ISO vs US vs EU)
