leander 017f5154b1 Rewrite translation logic 
Rerendering translations apparently caused issues with safari because
apple fucking sucks. Thus we had to rewrite the logic to use
prefix-based translations. This is the attempt at this. It might be a
mega commit but it's how it ought to be...

leander 0a3894e14d temporarily remove english translation 
the site would not build due to some weird issue I have yet to figure
out. temporarily removing all english translations fixes it however. I
am probably migrating the site away from gatsby anyway so a temp fix is
fine

new "other" dropdown which can be used for extra member-specific information that may be too important to restrict to footer. hovers are still overwritten, so the gray other button will hover purple. can be fixed later.

LBlend d7ad18c60f refactor datetime handling & format based on lang 
Date format should now be rendered according to the language. Removed 'moment' dependency as we can use built in js to handle timezones as well as formatting. This is one of the tasks in issue #45
