* Change config to use environmental variables,
* Fix videos to actually show (modern browsers needs muted volume)

removed vue. Added delete bundle and delete template at ui, deleting bundle will move the directory to apps own trash folder, where you can delete it permanently or restore back. fix few translations.

Enhance template system, fix editor not to scroll sideways on text edit.
...
save templates, will save template with given slide name and there is
now a dropdown menu to load template from. To remove template, just remove
template.json from /data

Data directory stucture change, to migrate:
create `./data/backgrounds` and `./data/bundles/`
move everything from `.data` to `.data/bundles`
move backgrounds from bundles to `./data/backgrounds`

Admin socket interface changed to use namespaces
Background images are now shared between bundles
route /admin points now to overview of screens
route created for /admin/display/:id
