Reaby 0c47f3a5e0 ensure user is authenticated, othervice websocket connection is ignored. 
secureViews is always true and config value is now deprecated and ignored.
new dependencies has been added, so needs to run `npm install` for first start.
newly added deps: sqlite3, connect-sqlite3 and passport.socketio
a file `./data/sessions.db` will be created to hold sessions cache
and may be possible used in future if there's a need for database.
