Update Infoscreen3 to 1.6.4

* Update npm dependencies
* Change config to use environmental variables,
* Fix videos to actually show (modern browsers needs muted volume)
* Fix videos to load actually for lite and css views
* Provide zip with precompiled binaries for super-easy setup

ensure user is authenticated, othervice websocket connection is ignored.
...
secureViews is always true and config value is now deprecated and ignored.
new dependencies has been added, so needs to run `npm install` for first start.
newly added deps: sqlite3, connect-sqlite3 and passport.socketio
a file `./data/sessions.db` will be created to hold sessions cache
and may be possible used in future if there's a need for database.
