removed vue. Added delete bundle and delete template at ui, deleting bundle will move the directory to apps own trash folder, where you can delete it permanently or restore back. fix few translations.

fixes: background image will now change after video background. update dependencies. I'm trying websockets instead of http transport for live stream, to just gain 2 sec delay. add new background video.

Enhance template system, fix editor not to scroll sideways on text edit.
...
save templates, will save template with given slide name and there is
now a dropdown menu to load template from. To remove template, just remove
template.json from /data

create `./data/backgrounds` and `./data/bundles/`
move everything from `.data` to `.data/bundles`
move backgrounds from bundles to `./data/backgrounds`

route /admin points now to overview of screens
