Ev-1 9ff61f8d89 Lots of minor fixes. Added fallback for missing help translation

- Command help fallback.
- fixed arguments appearing as a part of the command in help messages.
- Help page indicator for cogs fixed.
- Support for more than just prefix in page indicator.
- Fixed wrong user in user showing when displaying userqueue.
- Show prefix in help message if mention was used.
- Fixed mention as prefix not working in DMs.
